We were approached by a high end fit out firm to build custom hardware and integrated brass door banding. All of the trim is specifically designed for this project. We utilized our interior mortise lock. The master bedroom appears from the stair landing to be a double door, but the inactive sash is in fact a false door. However it required a rabbeted front for the lock. The trim has decorative push bars and accents that act as the escutcheon plates. Careful consideration was required to ensure that the trim did not impinge upon the door casings.

We also constructed this fireplace surround from 1/8” thick solid copper sheets. They were hand hammered and planished to wrap over a 304 stainless steel skeleton frame.
